Question 1

Is a used DR Automobiles with petrol and LPG worth buying?

Accepted Answer

Yes for drivers who cover many kilometres, as LPG costs less than petrol and the car switches back to petrol when the gas runs out. In Italy an LPG tank must be replaced ten years after manufacture, so check the date on its plate.

In most regions a dual-fuel petrol/LPG car pays one flat rate per kW, whatever its Euro class. Each region sets its own rule, so check the one where you will register the car.
