Used Ford Fiesta diesel cars in Italy

Found 2,295 cars

From €500 to €18,900, half under €6,700 · Typically 2016 with 149,000 km. Diesel Fiestas run from the 1.4 and 1.6 TDCi of the older generations to the 1.5 TDCi and, from 2018, the 1.5 EcoBlue. The diesel left the range before the last Fiestas were built, so late diesels are uncommon.

Is a used Ford Fiesta diesel worth buying?

Only for drivers covering long distances, mostly outside town, where it uses very little fuel. For short urban trips a petrol Fiesta is better, since the particulate filter needs longer runs to regenerate.

What problems does the Ford Fiesta TDCi have?

On cars with a particulate filter used only in town, the filter and EGR valve tend to clog. Ask whether they have been cleaned or replaced, and listen for a rough idle, which can point to tired injectors.

Can a diesel Ford Fiesta enter Milan's Area B?

It depends on its Euro class: Area B excludes older diesels on a calendar that widens over the years. Check the class on the Documento Unico and the City of Milan's current rules before buying.

Does a Fiesta diesel pay more bollo than a petrol one?

No: the bollo is charged on kW and Euro class, not fuel, at your region's rate. A low-powered Fiesta TDCi pays a modest bollo, though an older Euro class raises it.
