How much is the bollo on a used Ford in Campania?

Campania charges €3.12 per kW up to 100 kW and €4.69 above for a Euro 4 to 6 car, more than the national base, with 10% off for payment by bank direct debit. The plain hybrid exemption ended for cars registered from 2025.

Is IPT lower on an electric or hybrid Ford in the province of Naples?

Yes, the province of Naples drops its IPT surcharge for electric cars and electric hybrids, so a Mustang Mach-E or a Kuga Hybrid pays the national tariff. Other cars pay the full 30% surcharge.

Does Campania exempt a Ford from the bollo when you scrap an old car?

Scrap a Euro 0 to 4 car and buy a Euro 6 or cleaner one, and Campania exempts an electric car from the bollo for eight years and a hybrid for two. Check the conditions with the region before you count on it.
