Question 1

Which versions does the new Citroën C3 Aircross come in?

Accepted Answer

Three powertrains: the 1.2 Turbo petrol of 100 hp with a manual gearbox, the 145 hp Hybrid with the e-DCS6 dual-clutch automatic, and the electric ë-C3 Aircross of 113 hp. Trims run from You through Plus to Max, with Business, Collection and Outdoor versions alongside.

Question 2

How far does the Citroën ë-C3 Aircross go on a charge?

Accepted Answer

Depending on version, the official WLTP range of the electric ë-C3 Aircross runs from about 300 to about 400 km. Check which battery a given trim carries before comparing them.

Question 3

Is a new Citroën C3 Aircross better than a used one?

Accepted Answer

The new one is a different generation, with a hybrid and an electric version the first never had, plus the manufacturer's warranty. A used first-generation C3 Aircross, sold from 2017 to 2024 with PureTech petrol and BlueHDi diesel engines, costs less to buy.

Question 4

Does the electric ë-C3 Aircross pay the bollo?

Accepted Answer

Not at first: under the base rules an electric car is exempt from the bollo, Italy's regional ownership tax, for five years from first registration, then pays a quarter of the rate. Some regions, such as Lombardy and Piedmont, exempt electric cars for good.
