Question 1

Which versions does the new Fiat 600 come in?

Accepted Answer

The 1.2 petrol with 100 hp and a manual gearbox, and the 1.2 Hybrid with 110 or 145 hp and an automatic. Each comes in Pop, Icon, La Prima and Sport trims.

Question 2

Is the Fiat 600 Hybrid a full hybrid?

Accepted Answer

No, it is a mild hybrid: a 48-volt electric motor in the automatic gearbox helps the 1.2 petrol engine, above all when pulling away. It never needs plugging in.

Question 3

Should I buy a new or a used Fiat 600?

Accepted Answer

A new 600 comes with the manufacturer's warranty and your choice of trim and colour. The model only went on sale in 2023, so used ones are young and close to new in equipment, with the first years' depreciation already paid.

Question 4

How much are IPT and bollo on a new Fiat 600?

Accepted Answer

IPT is set by the car's kW and your province, and the bollo by its kW and Euro class at your region's rate. Even the 145 hp version stays well below the 185 kW superbollo threshold.
