Question 1

Which versions of the new Ford Kuga are there?

Accepted Answer

The 1.5 EcoBoost petrol comes with 150 cv and a six-speed manual, or with 186 cv and an eight-speed automatic. The 2.5 Plug-In Hybrid has 243 cv, an automatic transmission and around 66 to 68 km of electric range, depending on trim.

Question 2

What do the new Ford Kuga trims add?

Accepted Answer

Titanium is the comfort-oriented trim and ST-Line the sporty one, with ST-Line X adding more equipment, while Active X has a more rugged look. The BlueCruise Edition, a plug-in hybrid, is named after Ford's hands-free motorway driving assistant.

Question 3

Does the new Ford Kuga Plug-In Hybrid pay the superbollo?

Accepted Answer

No, its 243 cv, about 179 kW, stay below the 185 kW threshold. Its bollo depends on the owner's region: many charge hybrids a flat rate per kW, and some exempt new hybrids for a few years.

Question 4

Is it better to buy a new or a used Ford Kuga?

Accepted Answer

A new Kuga has Ford's factory warranty and the latest driver assistance, but loses more value in its first years. A recent used third-generation Kuga costs less and may still be within its warranty.
