Question 1

Which new Suzuki models have four-wheel drive?

Accepted Answer

Allgrip four-wheel drive is offered on the Swift, the Vitara and the S-Cross, and the e Vitara has its own Allgrip-e system with a second motor. The Across plug-in hybrid always has four-wheel drive.

Question 2

What is the difference between the new Suzuki Vitara and e Vitara?

Accepted Answer

The Vitara has the 1.4 mild-hybrid petrol with 110 hp, manual or automatic. The e Vitara is a different, electric SUV with a 61 kWh battery, with 174 hp and front-wheel drive or 184 hp and Allgrip-e.

Question 3

Do new Suzuki hybrids pay less bollo in Italy?

Accepted Answer

In most regions a car recorded as hybrid pays one flat rate per kW whatever its Euro class. The electric e Vitara pays no bollo for five years under national rules, and never in Lombardy and Piedmont.

Question 4

Is a new Suzuki better than a used one?

Accepted Answer

A new Suzuki has the manufacturer's warranty and the current mild-hybrid engines. A used one costs less and suits a buyer who wants a model or engine no longer in the range.
