Does Toyota still sell a petrol car without hybrid?

Only a few versions: the Yaris and the Proace City van are offered with a petrol engine and a manual gearbox. The rest of Toyota's car range is hybrid or electric.

Should I choose a petrol or a hybrid new Toyota Yaris?

The hybrid uses less fuel in town and has an automatic gearbox, while the petrol version is simpler and keeps a manual. For mostly urban driving the hybrid suits better.

How much bollo does a new petrol Toyota pay?

The bollo is charged on the car's kW and Euro class at the rate of the owner's region. A small petrol Yaris has modest power, so its bollo is among the lowest.
