How much is the bollo in Abruzzo?

About a fifth above the national base: €3.12 per kW up to 100 kW and €4.69 above for a Euro 4 to 6 car, with the older classes raised alike. Dual-fuel and alternative-fuel cars pay a flat €3.12 per kW.

If I live in Chieti and buy a car in Pescara, which IPT do I pay?

Chieti's, because IPT goes to the province where the buyer lives, not where the car is sold. The bollo follows the owner's region, which is Abruzzo for both.

Are hybrid cars exempt from the bollo in Abruzzo?

Not those registered in 2026, which Abruzzo's hybrid exemption does not cover. For an older hybrid, check whether it is still within an exemption granted when it was first registered.
